Welcome to vowplanner, the digital workspace to manage wedding tasks, vendors, and timelines. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, infoproducts, and physical products provided by vowplanner in the year 2025.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using vowplanner, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
3. Services
vowplanner offers professional planning services including vendor coordination, task management, and timeline creation. Service details are described on our site and in your personalized plan.
4. Infoproducts
Infoproducts include digital courses, guides, templates, and downloads designed to help you plan wedding details independently. Access is granted upon purchase.
5. Physical Products
Physical products include printed planners, stationery, and custom signage. These items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
6. Refund Policy
We strive for satisfaction across all offerings. Details by category are below.
6.1 Services
Scheduling changes may be made up to 14 days before the agreed start date. If you cancel more than 14 days prior, a full refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a rescheduled date or a service credit at our discretion due to vendor commitments and workload planning.
6.2 Infoproducts
For digital courses, guides, and templates, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the material. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. After 14 days or if usage exceeds 20%, purchases are final to protect the integrity of the content.
6.3 Physical Products
Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customized or perishable items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and production schedule.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, in the year 2025. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Banff, Alberta.
